The Friends seek to protect the Preserve's unique natural characteristics and cultural history, as well as to make responsible improvements to the land for the enjoyment of the adjoining communities

0Working to establish a family-friendly primitive trail network, with easy and safe access from surrounding neighborhoods, and informative signage to support neighboring community use and enjoyment of the Preserve. Marked initial trails to be cleared of obstacles and restored for neighborhood use.
