Mission
The purpose of this organization is to enhance and expand public library services to all citizens for personal enrichment and civic engagement in Wheeler County. Also it is also used to maintain an association of persons interested in libraries to stimulate the use of the Fossil Library's resources and services to receive and encourage gifts endowments and bequests to promote increased knowledge and understanding of its services and needs and to promote and encourage the future growth and expansion of the library.
