To provide substance abuse treatment with frequent supervisory contact from the court, the treatment provider, and probation for adult drug offenders as an alternative to incarceration, with a goal of breaking the cycle of addiction, crime, and incarceration. Ultimately working toward a clean livelihood for clients.
