As Crossroads Springs Africa Inc. (CSA) proceeded with its consolidation with Friends of Kakamega (FoK) to form a new 501(c)3, Friends of Kenya Rising, it became efficient to transfer funds to FoK to have them wire the funds to Kenya in one larger transfer rather than send smaller amounts from both CSA and FoK.
