The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide financial support to the la canada/ flintridge, california local youth baseball leagues with respect to the purchase of sporting equipment, uniforms, and for any expenses directly attributable to sports-related activities, and to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a corporation may be organized under the nonprofit corporation law of the state of california.
