Friends Of New Orleans Public Radio Inc

The primary exempt purpose of the organization is for religious,charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (or corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law), including providing financial and active support to organizations providing public radio broadcasting in the Greater New Orleans area and Southeast Louisiana.
