To enhance the well being and economy of the town of sayulita in the state of nayarit in mexico and establish and preserve the town's position as a small town center of commerce, culture, and diversity; to promote the advancement of education by assisting and providing support to the public schools; to eliminate poverty and combat community deterioration and increase health and safety standards; and in support of programs that carry out the mission, thereof and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to work closely with business, government, labor and the nonprofit sector.
