The main purpose of the corporation is to promote the development of education at the anglo-american school of moscow (the "aas") in moscow, russia, sponsored and operated under the auspices of its three founding embassies: the embassy of the united states; the embassy of canada and the embassy of great britain. In furtherance of these specific purposes, the corporation may, among other things, provide financial support for:a. The promotion, in the united states and elsewhere, of awareness of the aas;b. The solicitation of funds, in the united states and elsewhere, to support the school programs.
