To enrich the programs of the Berkley Council on Aging. To rent, lease, build, purchase property in connection with the achievement of any of the foregoing purposes: to raise, hold and dispurse funds for the accomplishment of the above purposes to engage in any lawful act or activity for which non-profit corporations may be organized under Chapter 180 of the Massachusetts General Law.
