Cap's mission is to end child abuse in chautauqua county. When abuse occurs, cap coordinates a community response to bring healing, hope and justice to these children and families.

Stewards of children - an adult training program striving to reduce the incidence of child sexual abuse by empowering people to prevent it. The focus of the program is to educate adults to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to the issue. Less is more (lim) training for first responders. Lim training is recommended for all mandated reporters, provides skills, knowledge and tools to respond appropriately to disclosures or discoveries of child abuse
