Recurring events - we organize several annual/monthly events: annual cherry blossom festival, japanese tea ceremony demonstrations (monthly), and photo-shooting (japanese custom/celebrations, annual). Such programs were intended to attract people to our japanese house as well as entertain visitors at the site.

Garden - the japanese house has a japanese style garden on the premise. As it has a koi pond (carps), trees, and other traditional japanese house materials, periodic maintenance is must. This also includes the japanese house's roof/wall/fence maintenance.
