The purpose of Friends of the Napa County Animal Shelter and Adoption Center (FONCAS) is to support and enhance the goals of the Napa County Animal Shelter and Adoption Center by providing both human and financial resources, education about proposed laws and ordinance which are of benefit to animals, and expanded opportunities for the interaction of education about responsible pet ownership in the community.
