To enrich the lives of the people of the northwest by preserving, sharing and teaching the diverse history of ellensburg and central washington. Also, to develop and operate a facility that allows the public to experience a railroad and early 20th centry depot and to develop an understanding of the significance of railroads in the development of the state of washington.
