Friends Of Union Green

The organization is incorporated under the panpcl and organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes and shall be operated exclusively as an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the code, for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the charitable, educational, and scientific purposes of dauphin county economic development corporation, a 501(c)(3) organization ("edc"), by promoting and fostering the operations, maintenance and public enjoyment of the central green space, parks, walking trails and amphitheater in susquehanna union green, a pedestrian-oriented town center and neighborhood development. The organization shall accept donations, gifts, grants, legacies and bequests to further the foregoing purposes and provide support to edc to benefit susquehanna union green.
