The organization operates a second hand thrift store called 2nd Chance Thrift Shop. The store receives donated and gently used goods from the community. All goods at the store are donated by the public, with a donation value of approximately 50% of the thrift stores revenue of the year. The store markets and sells those goods to the public. The net proceeds from the operation are used to fund the primary program of providing high quality care to homeless pets at the Upland Animal Shelter by providing medical care, environmental enrichment, food, and other necessities.
