Mission
The museum offers stem, language arts, history and social justice programs to middle and high school students throughout new jersey, with a particular focus on underserved communities, including newark, paterson and elizabeth. The museum is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. All money raised through donations, grants and fundraising initiatives are used to support museum exhibitions and programs. The museum's youth development programs expose young people to yogi's values, while at the same time introducing baseball to children who might otherwise never have the opportunity to experience the game.
