The friendship fire company #1 social quarters of birdsboro shall be operated as a non-profit organization whose charter stating the same has been recorded with the berks county court; the company shall serve the birdsboro-union fire department; hold and disburse all property and moniesdonated or transferred to it for such purposes; and to acquire, own, buy and sell land, buildings, real estate and other property necessary or incidental to the purpose of the company.
