Provides culturally-competent mental health care to veterans and first responders that reforges the critical connection between the mind and the heart. We provide skills-based mindfulness education and treatment for veterans and first responders to address the impact of post-traumatic stress. We have developed a holistic approach for the treatment of post-traumatic stress, using ancient practices such as meditative movement, breathwork, meditation, and time in nature. We have also developed a strong peer support network of alumni who have attended our five-day mindfulness program.
