Development. The fmf is funded by membership fees. We established a new member criteria for the forum and a corresponding application process for new members.
Admin. We grew the fmf by hiring new employees and setting up the administrative processes to enable this to happen. The fmf was able to begin hiring beyond the executive director in march of fy 2023.
