Fsl Pathways

Fsl pathways adult behavioral health therapeutic home program is a network of foster families providing in-home support services for behavioral health residents to assist them in achieving their service plan goals and objectives. In fye 2024, 7,704 bed days were provided to 29 individuals. Fsl is the collaborating healthcare institution, which provides training and support to the therapeutic care family. The goal for every client is to maintain them in a home setting where they are incorporated into the family while preparing for permanent placement which could include a return to the family of origin, kinship care or independent living.
