The corporation will enhance the quality of community life and the quality of the personal lives of persons and families in and around the mon-valley area by providing care services, educational programs, youth activities, and other activities necessary, and in unique ways, to enhance the quality of life of the community.

The full potential project launched a life skill educational program for underresourced individuals. This program is designed to teach skills such as cooking, sewing, basic home repairs, etc. The program has increased its staff which meets weekly with an average of 15 adults in attendance.

The full potential project operates a coffee shop within the organization's facility. The main purpose of the activity is to provide a safe and relaxing environment to community members whose students are participating in the program activities. The coffee shop hosts several events throughout the year to enhance literacy, creative expression through arts and crafts, and weekly mentorship programs for men.
