SEE BELOW (HAS ALL THE STATEMENT OF PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS)In partnership, after a major disaster, to rebuild the homes of uninsured, low-income homeowners who lack the wherewithal to complete the rebuild themselves. The mission is accomplished using volunteer labor under the supervision of our professional staff with funds from donations and grants.
