Patient Support Services include the following:TransportationThe Organization provides transportation to treatment for our patients in the PLUS housing program, provides transportation to patients upon request for needed meetings, appointments, etc., and provides bus passes as needed to patients in treatment.FoodFund the Climb provides food bags for patients in need, and serves a healthy lunch to patients in treatment in the highest levels of care, which requires them to be in treatment 3-5 hours a day.Personal HygieneFund the Climb provides hygiene care packages for patients in need, which includes soap, a toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and deodorant, and other items to take care of patients' hygiene needs.OtherFund the Climb assists with the cost to secure critical documentation, such as a birth certificate and driver's license.Fund the Climb provides clothing and shoes to patients in need.Fund the Climb assesses and assists with individual patient issues on an as needed basis.
Fund the Climb Foundation is a fiscal sponsor of The Goodness Tour Hurricane Relief Project which is engaged in a project to provide empowerment, relief, goodness and hope to those struggling in areas impacted by Hurricane Helene. Grants made to The Goodness Tour Hurrican Relief Project in 2024 totaled $24,832.
