Scholas usa is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the nonprofit corporation law of california ("california nonprofit corporation law") for public and charitable purposes. The general purposes of scholas usa shall be the implementation of programs promoting universal values and making educational system more inclusive and plural. Scholas usa shall promote and improve education with a focus on underprivileged sectors to encourage individuals and communities to develop in line with their culture, faith, cross-cultural universal values, and respect for the environment.

Scholas club - scholas clubs is an after-school program designed to empower teenagers consistently and help them develop their leadership skills to positively impact their school communities. The primary goal of this program is to identify students who may be inactive or isolated and support them in cultivating their unique talents and strengths. In 2024, this program was implemented in catholic schools in los angeles and new york. Through this initiative, we directly impacted 10% of the student population, while also influencing the broader school community and their families.

Communities in motion - this program aims to support teenagers from different backgrounds to develop civic engagement, collaborative work and interpersonal skills. Through the year 2024 we have been able to support 120 students from new york city and los angeles. This program has shown a significant tool for educators and school administrators to promote dialogue and collaboration between students.
