The purposes for which the Corporation is formed are to foster positive life change for youths and their families by creating a cultural environment that promotes social, emotional, and educational success, including the operation of a comprehensive program of mentoring, a school, restorative practices, social-emotional training, life skills coaching, peer mediation, character development, and self-esteem building; to receive and administer funds for educational, and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
