Run ranger run was rebranded to patriot challenge to encourage broader participation in the military and civilian community. As gallantfew's signature annual awareness and fund-raising event, patriot challenge provides education on veteran transition issues and encourages positive lifestyle choices. The new patriot challenge incentive returns a portion of funds raised to support local veteran organizations. Funds raised during patriot challenge support operations across the organization.
Vetrec leverages indoor and outdoor physical activities to promote overall health and wellness. A significant portion of this program provides indoor rock climbing as therapy for veterans in texas, georgia, and north carolina. Climbing builds confidence, trust, and increases physical fitness and flexibility.
Vetxpo: vetxpo is an annual forum featuring talks by leaders who are redefiningveteran transition and personal responsibility revolving around the five functionalfitness points of the gallantfew star. Star components consists of: professional,social, physical, emotional and spiritual. Vetxpo's top-tier speakers and veteransupport organizational speakers increased vetxpo participants' awareness ofopportunities to improve their own fitness and better the communities they residein. This event is held both virtually and in person.descendants of sparta: descendants of sparta is a powerful anti-suicide campaignthat educates veterans on the power of accountability, relationship, and purpose. Akey component is the spartan pledge--a promise between two war-fighters.
