Gallo Union Health Trust

The trust provides dental benefits to participants of the gallo glass co. Hourly group dental plan. The trust also allows eligible participants to receive needed dental care by providing such participants the benefits of regular preventive dental assessments and dental treatments for various conditions. The trust also facilitates the company's ability to provide such dental care to employees, retirees, their dependants, and cobra members, by collecting contributions from the company, employees,retirees and cobra members, to pay insurance providers for claims processing and administrative fees.
