These are the expenses and contributions related to our philanthropic events conducted to raise money for charitable organizations.
Programming fees required to be paid to Theta Chi Fraternity Nationals Inc. & Florida State University Interfraternity Council to allow for the organization to exist and be activity for the calendar year 2023. Includes membership dues and insurance for the organization to be recognized as an active chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity and required in-order to be in good standing with the Nationals office.
Occupancy fees required to maintain and occupy the chapter house used by the organization for the benefit of its members. Includes mortgage payments for the chapter house as well as required house reserve payments.
Alumni Affairs Expense that represents fees paid by the organization to host alumni events throughout the year for the benefit of the undergraduate members.
Payment processing transaction fees charged by the payment processing company that the organization is mandated to use by its Nationals Office. These fees are required to be paid in order for the organization to collect its membership dues from its undergraduate members.
