Mission
The L.A.M.P. Mentor Program is the social action component of Gamma Zeta Boule and the principle activity of the Gamma Zeta Boule Foundation, a 501(c)(3) corporation. L.A.M.P. (Leadership Achievement Management and Professionalism) enrolls African American high school students in a program that runs from August to May. Through the L.A.M.P. Mentor Program, the L.A.M.P. Mentees have an opportunity to interact with successful African American men from a variety of professions. The L.A.M.P. Mentees also receive exposure to the culture, success skills, and challenges they will encounter in their quest for excellence and success. The L.A.M.P. Mentor Program meets once a month usually the third Saturday at locations from the greater Pasadena area to the Inland Empire to Los Angeles. Venues have included public and private high schools and colleges, museums, sports arenas, theaters, and other places suitable for presentations of our programs.
