Navicore solutions provides compassionate counseling solutions to consumers nationwide in the areas of personal finance, consumer credit, student loans, disaster recovery, foreclosure prevention, and housing.

Financial Counseling and Education:Personal Financial CounselingConsumers who seek assistance are connected with a certified counselor, who offers personalized guidance tailored to their unique financial circumstances. The counseling process includes the development of a comprehensive budget that outlines monthly expenses, debt obligations, household income, assets, and liabilities. Our counselors are trained to provide expert budgetary advice and connect clients with relevant resources to help them manage their financial situations effectively.Financial EducationThe Organization provides financial education through one-on-one counseling, workshops, and written materials. We have become a preferred provider of financial education for community members, delivering workshops on a variety of financial topics. A key aspect of our outreach is delivering these services to underserved populations, including virtual options for groups who prefer remote participation.Disaster Recovery CounselingThis service provides comprehensive counseling to individuals affected by natural disasters. The goal is to assist clients with housing needs, help them apply for applicable disaster recovery programs, connect them with resources, and develop personalized action plans to aid in their recovery.Rental and Mortgage AssistanceThe Organization offers assistance programs to individuals impacted by economic crises or natural disasters. In collaboration with state and local organizations, we support public awareness, determine eligibility for assistance programs, and provide counseling to help individuals navigate these resources.Student Loan Debt CounselingCertified counselors provide in-depth assessments of borrowers financial situations, addressing obstacles related to student loan repayment. Counselors help clients determine eligibility for federal programs designed to assist with repayment.

Housing CounselingAs a HUD-approved National Intermediary, the Organization offers a range of housing counseling services, including Pre-Purchase, Rental, Default/Foreclosure, HECM Default, and HECM Counseling. Our counselors conduct comprehensive budget analysis, help develop action plans, and liaise with lenders and servicers when necessary. The core focus of our housing counseling is on promoting housing stability, affordability, and advocacy.

Community OutreachThrough collaborations with public and nonprofit organizations, as well as our referral relationships with financial institutions, we connect with populations most in need of our services and promote positive financial management and overall well-being. Our Financial Education Program offers efficient and effective delivery of financial education outreach, in both English and Spanish, to individuals and families seeking assistance.
