A young person with no skills lacks opportunity and will fail. A young person with no goals lacks direction and will get lost. A young person with you self-confidence lacks inner strength and will fall prey to destructive influence and behavior. A young person with no positive role models will never realize what is possible. Garfield High School Foundation empowers young people to make a successful school-to-work transition by creating community-based opportunities for vocational and life-skills training. Through practical experience and classroom learning, students develop the knowledge and attitudes necessary to be successful in school and society. Garfield High School Foundation exists to transform young lives.
