Gatekeepers corporation is a highly regarded re-entry program helping inmates and ex-offenders improve their lives. The organization serves about 350 individuals annually, providing inside the walls mentoring, immediate emergency assistance upon release, and its three-month business of living program for those ex-offenders who want to build a life they never had.

Immediate emergency assistance - provides provisions for essential needs such as food, clothing, and shelter to inmates being released from prison. 15 newly released inmates are assisted each month. Gatekeepers uses both its own resources and also those of local social services providers to carry out this program.
