Mission
Gaza soup kitchen is a grassroots initiative led by the people of gaza, serving hot meals to thousands daily across 10 kitchen sites. Born from a vow to ensure no neighbor goes hungry, our mission continues in honor of co-founder mahmoud almadhoun guided by his word, mostamreen (we will continue).
Programs

Clean drinking water program: 1. Distributed approximately 3,000 liters of clean drinking water per truck per distribution cycle. 2. Operated 4 water trucks, serving an estimated 60 families per truck (300 beneficiaries per truck). 3.estimated total daily beneficiaries: 1,500 people across all trucks combined. 4. Served 5 locations including: khan younis, al-nasr, sheikh radwan, al- zawaida, and surrounding areas in gaza. 5. A total of 8 paid individual service providers rotating across trucks (drivers, assistants, logistics, and support). 6. No volunteers participated in water distribution activities.
Medical point program - beit lahia 1. Operated one medical point located in beit lahia, delivering essential and basic medical services. 2. Served an estimated 50-70 patients daily, primarily vulnerable groups such as elderly individuals, children, and low-income families. 3. Utilized individual service providers: 1 physician, 1 nurse, 1 nurse assistant, 1 administrative clerk, 1 cleaner, and 1 photographer/documentation staff. 4. Total individual service providers is 6 paid operating the medical point daily. 5. No volunteers were involved.
Education support point - north gaza (beit lahia) 1. Operated one educational support point in north gaza (beit lahia), offering tutoring and remedial learning for children. 2. Served approximately 600 students across multiple grade levels. 3. Utilized a total of 6 class teachers, 1 secretary, 1 cleaner, and school manager.
