Baya program - baya (beautiful as you are) is a female empowerment group that aims to help teach coping skills and strategies to students that may struggle with any of the following: self esteem, body-image, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, bullying, lonliness, or other related concersn. Baya provides a safe space for young females to dissect life experiences and mental blocks that hinder them from reaching full self-actualization.

Creative classroom grants - this initiative allows educators to apply for funding for creative educational opportunities for their classrooms. Projects that enhance the students' learning experience in one or more subject areas (language arts, math, science, social studies, arts) are especially encouraged.
