Gender Equity Policy Institute (GEPI) is a nonprofit research organization dedicated to accelerating womens equality in the United States through data-driven research, policy development, training, and education. Our mission is to rebalance systems, guarantee equitable opportunity, and secure a just, healthy, and sustainable future for all people.

Womens Health Equity Program: Projects addressed reproductive health equity and the gendered impacts of climate change. Throughout the year, Gender Equity Policy Institute (GEPI) conducted data-based analysis of reproductive health indicators in the United States, with a focus on maternal mortality. GEPI conducted research and analysis for the San Francisco Bay Abortion Rights Coalition which culminated in a 60-page report and a toolkit for multisectoral collaboration. GEPI published a major report on the gendered impacts of climate change, with a focus on womens health, and participated in presentations and webinars to educate the public, advocates, and decisionmakers on the global scientific research.
