Geneva's mission is to provide camping experiences which help youth develop and deepen their relationship with jesus christ and to provide an environment in which church and non-profit organizations can retreat to both personally and organizationally renew and refocus.

Geneva invites churches, non-profit organizations, and businesses to use its facilities for various retreats and off-site programming that enable participants to step away from the distractions of everyday life into a quiet setting in which they can focus. Those events take the form of quiet days of prayer, group planning sessions, community and team-building events. During 2024, 196 groups including 13,059 people used geneva for that purpose.
