After-school tutoring at johnson elementary school virtual tutoring is offered during the school year at johnson elementary school. We served approximately 110 children in grades k through 4. Afterschool tutors proactively focus on improving reading and math through virtual learning opportunities that reinforce what is being learned during school. Enrichment activities are conducted virtually. They include chorus, karate, book club, and drama. Children work with tutors online, learning new skills and connecting with their peers. Gentrys addresses social-emotional learning virtually, through responsive services, including counseling, crisis intervention, family support, and opportunities for students community involvement.

Afterschool tutors proactively focus on improving reading and math through virtual learning opportunities that reinforce what is being learned during school. Enrichment activities are conducted virtually. They include chorus, karate, book club, and drama. Children work with tutors online, learning new skills and connecting with their peers. Gentrys addresses social-emotional leaning virtually, through responsive services, including counseling crisis intervention, family support, and opportunities for students community involvement.
