The corporation may engage in any lawful purpose or purposes that not-for- profit corporations may conduct under state law, specifically including, but not limited to, the development, ownership, and operation of housing for disadvantaged populations including but not limited to persons with mental illness, addiction and co-occurring behavioral health disorders, persons with hiv infection, the elderly or low and moderate income persons and families.
