The Organization provides training and education conferences, meetings, workshops, and seminars to members to foster general policies related to planning, construction, administration, and management relative to public housing. These training sessions served hundreds of participants during the year.

The Organization provides scholarships to high school and adult recipients who reside in public housing or assisted housing. The Organization awarded several scholarships during the current year totaling $18,107.
