Coordinated Community ResponseGAIN leads a coordinated, statewide response to strengthen access to justice and survivor support. Through partnerships with more than 50 organizationsincluding victim service providers, legal nonprofits, and refugee and healthcare agenciesGAIN delivers multilingual outreach, Know Your Rights sessions, and legal clinics in high-need areas such as Clarkston, Savannah, and Gainesville. GAIN also trains law enforcement agencies to recognize the importance of trust within immigrant communities, helping to build relationships that enhance safety for all. In 2024, GAIN launched the Detained Immigrant Defense Project to provide legal representation for detained immigrants and introduced a virtual bond Court Watch initiative to promote transparency and community engagement.

Client CareGAINs Client Care Program offers wraparound support to help immigrant survivors meet basic needs and stabilize their lives. The program provides trauma-informed case management and referrals for housing, food, health and mental health services, childcare, and public benefits. These services address barriers related to trauma, language, and immigration status, ensuring clients receive holistic care beyond their legal cases.
