Microenterprise development and small business technical assistance (gmen mdo & gmen grow) through its statewide network of microenterprise development organizations (mdos), gmen delivers training, technical assistance, and access to capital for emerging and established small businesses. The gmen mdo and gmen grow programs support entrepreneurs through customized business coaching, credit readiness training, and connections to financial institutions and investors. Gmen also manages statewide technical assistance contracts that strengthen nonprofit service providers and minority-owned businesses. Gmen's programs equipped entrepreneurs with tools to scale their businesses, increase revenues, and create jobs driving inclusive economic growth throughout georgia in urban, rural, and coastal regions.

Entrepreneurship and digital empowerment (empower by godaddy, rites project, gmen women, gmen men and gmen 360) gmen's entrepreneurship and digital inclusion programs empower by godaddy, the rites project (reentry, innovation, training, entrepreneurship, and support), gmen men, gmen women and gmen 360 advance equitable access to technology, education, and opportunity. These initiatives train men, women, returning citizens, rural, and underserved entrepreneurs in digital marketing, e-commerce, and business operations, with a focus on self- employment and reentry pathways. In 2023- 2024, both newly retuned and incarcerated learners participated in rites entrepreneurship courses, while empower by godaddy and gmen 360 cohorts gained real-world skills to strengthen their online presence and build sustainable enterprises. Collectively, these programs promote digital equity and economic self- sufficiency across georgia and the southeast.
