The specific purposes of the Geospatial Transportation Information ManagementAssociation shall be to educate citizens on the potential of sustainable economic growth by improving the management of transportation systems and to work with national, international, and regional authorities to advance smart city standards, policies, and best practices especially as they relate to automated, connected, electric, and shared mobility.
