Mission
The aim of the foundation is to support the creation and expansion of high-quality apprenticeship pathways and related education in the united states. Apprenticeship is a proven equitable solution providing a pathway to careers for all, especially enabling youth, veterans, and diverse populations to benefit from high-paying and fulfilling career opportunities without taking on debt often associated with higher education. Leveraging knowledge gained from experience with apprenticeships in germany, the foundation is dedicated to supporting their expansion in the united states and fostering opportunities for exchanging knowhow between stakeholders in both countries to further educational opportunities related to apprenticeship. The foundation supports a variety of initiatives to enable the growth of apprenticeships and related educational pathways including providing knowhow and resources to educational institutions, intermediaries, non-profits, government bodies, companies, individuals,
