To provide direct financial assistance for approximately 692 clients in fy 2024.financial aid: financial assistance helps families and individuals during difficult times of transition or financial emergency. Financial aid is approved on a case-by-case basis. Ghp fish may provide limited help with rent, utilities, prescriptions, education expenses, and other emergency needs.student aid program: students enrolled in secondary education programs may qualify to receive financial assistance with books, equipment, certification exams, registration fees, and transportation needs.
