Gilead community services provides a broad range of high-quality health care and recovery support services in the home and community to the 2,035 individuals we serve throughout middlesex county and new britain.

All programs together provide a continuum of community based services designed to provide individuals support while living in the community. The care can range from multiple daily contacts to contact as needed. These programs currently serve 1,969 individuals.
