Mission
The mission of the Girl with Grit Program is to give youth primarily girls an education to grow their skills and knowledge for the skilled trades workforce along with STEM skills. We grow confidence through mentors and experiences that help develop life skills career paths and passions. We feel that we can help push youth forward in our workforce through introduction to various hands-on learning opportunities and better opportunities for financial independence.
