Youth Development Project LEAYD Leaders in Enrichment of Adolescents and Youth Development strengthens and promotes positive, healthy lifestyles and encourages responsible decision-making among at-risk youth. In addition, Ready to Rise Funding decreases youth interactions with the justice system, a public-private partnership between the California Community Foundation, Liberty Hill, and Los Angeles County Probation department, and the prevention of substance abuse use program with Sierra Foundation.

Community Engagement and Outreach Programs GCLA is reaching its goal and moving beyond the physical facilities to get a more significant segment of the population with its resources, such as weekly Food Distribution and Resources Connection, Equitable Learning Community Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles and Freedom School READ LEAD summer literacy and cultural enrichment Nike Foundation
