Girls Education Collaborative (GEC) partners with local change-makers to catalyze and support holistic, community-led solutions that expand access to quality education for girls in under-resourced areas of the global south.

Dining Hall & Campus Infrastructure ProjectsGEC co-designed, funded, and provided project management support for the construction of a multi-purpose dining and community space, incorporating solar water heating and renewable energy systems. This initiative enhances student well-being and supports long-term campus sustainability in alignment with the schools growth.

Scholarship Program and Girls Rise FundTo ensure marginalized girls can access and remain in school, GEC underwrote partial and full scholarships for over 30% of students enrolled at KGSS. These funds helped cover tuition, uniforms, food, and other essential needs, prioritizing students at greatest risk of dropping out due to financial barriers.
