Girls for technology's k-12 youth initiative is committed to expanding access to high-quality, hands-on learning that prepares students to be future-ready in a rapidly evolving economy. Designed to reach learners who may face barriers due to economic and environmental factors, the program helps students build essential skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (stem). Key components include our immersive after-school programming, the sparkhart hackathon, and college exposure through tours of historically black colleges and universities (hbcus). These experiences are designed to spark curiosity, strengthen academic confidence, and broaden students' awareness of career and higher education opportunities. Through our k-12 programming, we have served over 4,000 students.

Building for equity is a six-week accelerator program designed to support the growth and sustainability of early-stage, tech-enabled small businesses led by black and latina women across the united states. The program specifically targets ventures with annual operating revenue under $250,000, providing tailored support to help founders strengthen their business foundations and scale with confidence.participants gain access to expert-led workshops, mentorship, and resources that address critical areas such as operations, digital marketing, and financial strategy. At the culmination of each cohort, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to participate in a pitch competition, with up to $20,000 in funding awarded to top-performing ventures.building for equity is not only an investment in women-led innovationit is a platform for advancing inclusive entrepreneurship and unlocking long-term economic potential.
