Girls inc. Of carpinteria's eureka! Program, established in 2012, is a year-round expanded learning initiative offered at no cost to participants. It prepares girls for post-secondary education and fulfilling careers while developing leadership skills and fostering social responsibility. Focused on supporting girls who face intersectional challenges, eureka! Operates within a five-year cohort model that builds a strong community of support to help them overcome barriers to success. The program is rooted in a holistic approach that encourages girls to value themselves, take risks, and discover their strengths. By fostering long-term mentoring relationships, creating a pro-girl environment, and offering research-based programming, eureka!
